LiveCode 9 is shaping up to be a real advancement for the platform. Soooo many new features. It's really been a pleasure to work with the developer previews. There's a great blog post at livecode.com that goes into great detail of the process.
The annual NAB show in Las Vegas is mind boggling. The only shows I've attended that are close would be NAMM and InfoComm. It's been a few years since I've made the trek to Las Vegas for NAB and sadly won't be able to make it this year. I've attended twice in the past, and both times I came away with new knowledge, new ideas, and new tools. While there's nothing quite like being there in person, one can keep up through the web. Here's what I'm looking forward to this year.
